Grant access to your Google Business Profile

Deployment begins within 24 hours of access being granted. Week 1: categories, hours, description and services rebuilt.

1. Check your inbox. The system will email the exact manager-invite address to the contact email from Step 1. Use that address — no other.
2. Sign in to your profile. Go to business.google.com and sign in with the email that owns your Google Business Profile.
3. Open user access. Select your business, then open Users (in the profile settings menu).
4. Add a manager. Click Add user, enter the manager-invite address from the email, and choose the Manager role — not Owner. You remain the owner and can remove access at any time.
5. Done. The system detects the access and queues your Week 1 deployment automatically. Your first before / after grid report follows in your first month.
