RANKMAP
Step by step · About 2 minutes

Add RankMap to your Google listing

This takes about 2 minutes. You stay the owner of your listing the whole time — RankMap is added as a manager, and you can remove access any time.

Your personal access address appears here the moment your account is set up — and we email it to you at the address you signed up with. Use that exact address in step 5 below.

  1. 1. Open Google

Open the Google Maps app or go to google.com and search your exact business name. Your listing appears with a note that you manage it. If you prefer a computer, business.google.com works the same.

  2. 2. Open your business profile

Tap your business name, then open Business Profile settings. On a phone it may hide under the three dots, ⋮.

  3. 3. Find Users / Managers

In the settings, choose Users or Managers. On some phones it is called People and access.

  4. 4. Tap Add user

    Tap the add-person button — a person with a + sign.

  5. 5. Paste the RankMap address

Paste the exact address from the email we sent you — it is also shown in the box at the top of this page once your account is set. Type it carefully, double-check the spelling: one wrong letter sends the invite to nobody.

  6. 6. Choose Manager, then Invite

Pick the role Manager — not Owner. Tap Invite. Done: the system sees the access and your Week 1 rebuild starts within 24 hours.

Why Manager, not Owner: a manager can fix categories, hours, services, posts, photos and reviews — everything the service needs — while ownership and the delete button stay with you.
