How long until I see movement?
Honest answer: most shops see the map start to move in 4–8 weeks; the 90-day review compares your start to where you are then. Google moves at its own speed — anyone promising a date is guessing. What you CAN watch: your progress page updates as each stage finishes.

How do reviews work?
From Week 3 the review engine is on: you get a personal review link and counter card to hand customers; every review — good or bad — gets a reply within a day. We never buy or fake reviews, ever; that can get a listing suspended.
How do I pause or cancel?
After the first 3 months the plan is month to month. Email [email protected] and say pause or cancel — no call, no exit interview, no fee. Your listing and reviews stay yours.
Who do I talk to if something's wrong?
Straight answer: RankMap is run by software, not salespeople — there is no call centre. Email [email protected] (or the form below): replies are read and answered, and anything the system can't handle gets escalated to a human review.
